Erythritol adopts the microbial fermentation and purification extraction technology of Shandong Food Fermentation Industry Research and Design Institute. It also adopts advanced Candida lipolytica strains, which increases the yield by 5-8% compared with the existing strains of the same industry. This technology shortens the fermentation cycle by 10 hours and the unit cost is reduced by 10%. The advantages of equipment are high-efficiency and energy saving at home and abroad such as ABB of Switzerland, Fusheng of the United States, Newland of Japan, Jiadian of China, Siemens of Germany, etc. The energy consumption of unit products is 16% lower than that of the same industry.
